Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your Track & Trace shipping information. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive. 

After completing your order, it takes our system a few minutes to send your order confirmation email. Please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there. If you can't find your confirmation email, contact us so we can help you resolve the issue. 

Most of the times you will see two different dates on the packaging starting with Year / Month / Day.

You may be looking at the manufacturing date and not the expiry date. These can be recognised with below symbols:

제조 = Manufacturing date

까지 = Expiration date

If your products is indeed out of date, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you further.

It depends where you are based. Orders processed here will take  between 1 to 7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. To see specific shipping time per country please visit our Shipping & Returns page

We always aim for customer satisfaction and make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

You have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason as long as the product isn't opened and the seal isn't broken. After notifying us you have another 14 days to actually return the product. Keep in mind that you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
